o Recruiting (job requisition, candidate lifecycle, offer mgmt)
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
• Support end-to-end business processes across hire-to-retire lifecycle

• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders
• Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and configuration workbooks
