• Qualified CA with 20+ years of experience in Financial Control, Finance Governance, Finance Risk, Operational Risk, or Controllership functions.
• Strong experience in Banking / Financial Services GCCs (Global Capability Centers).
• Proven expertise in Financial Controls Framework Design, Governance, and Risk Management.
• Hands-on experience with Balance Sheet Substantiation / Balance Sheet Controls.
• Experience in Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) and control compliance.
• 1st Line of Defense: Direct Global Process Owner report. Attestation & sign-off authority for financial controls
• Framework: End-to-end ownership of Financial Reporting Control Framework. ICFR / SOX 404 / ACG
• Dual skill: Control design/testing + financial reporting impact.
• Leadership: Managed 20-30 people OR led centralisation/transformation.
