The Assistant Training Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence in training delivery, ensuring trainer readiness, consistent execution, and high-quality learning outcomes across all programs.
This role serves as a critical bridge between strategy and execution, enabling the Training Manager’s vision through effective trainer management, class oversight, and operational coordination. The Assistant Training Manager ensures that risks are proactively identified, processes are consistently followed, and training programs are delivered efficiently across locations.
While primarily focused on leadership and execution, the role is also expected to support training delivery when required due to business needs, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption.
