The Regional Head – Industrial Relations will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end Industrial Relations (IR) strategy and operations across two large-scale manufacturing plants in the Trichy–Perambalur corridor. The role involves managing multi-union environments, negotiating Long-Term Settlements (LTS), handling labour disputes, conciliation proceedings, statutory compliance and employee grievances. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining industrial peace and workforce harmony across a workforce of 3,000+ employees, while coordinating with management, labour authorities, government officials, police and other stakeholders. Candidates should have 20–25 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 15 years in Industrial Relations, preferably in automotive, tyre or heavy process manufacturing industries.
