• Monitor production applications and ensure high availability of business-critical systems.
• Provide L2/L3 support for production incidents and service requests.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within defined SLAs.
• Monitor application logs and system alerts to identify and address issues proactively.
• Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, and DBA teams for issue resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical production incidents.
• Support application deployments, releases, and post-deployment validation.
• Execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and issue investigation.
• Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, APIs, and scheduled processes.
• Track incident tickets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
