– Manage end-to-end Change Management lifecycle (Standard, Normal, Emergency)
– Review change requests for risk, impact, completeness, and compliance
– Facilitate CAB / ECAB meetings and drive timely approvals
– Maintain enterprise change calendar, blackout periods, and conflict resolution
– Coordinate with application, infrastructure, security, and business teams
– Ensure adherence to client governance, audit, and compliance standards
– Track and report change KPIs (success rate, failed changes, back-outs)
– Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
– Support major incidents caused by failed or high-risk changes
