• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases
• Lead multiple end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects from discovery through post-go-live support.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define solution architecture and technical design standards.
• Lead NetSuite customization, configuration, and development activities.
• Develop SuiteScripts, RESTlets, Suitelets, Map/Reduce scripts, workflows, and custom records.
• Design and implement integrations with CRM, HRMS, banking, eCommerce, procurement, and third-party systems.
• Lead data migration strategy, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Provide technical leadership to consultants, developers, and offshore teams.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
• Develop deployment, release management, and environment management strategies.
• Drive performance optimization, security compliance, and governance activities.
• Support UAT, production deployment, hypercare, and transition to support teams.
