Define CI/CD standards using Harness and automated quality gates.
Manage reliability, availability and performance of GCP/Kubernetes platforms.
Drive automation and monitoring to reduce incidents and downtime.
Promote DevOps, Agile and continuous-improvement practices.
Communicate technical outcomes and risks to senior stakeholders.
6–10 Years
Strong GCP Cloud Kubernetes CI/CD Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Harness Jenkins DevOps / Platform team leadership Cloud platform reliability and observability Automation and monitoring Exposure to AI-assisted automation / intelligent monitoring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science
